This disclaimer applies to everything you download from Swarmnest: prompt packs, workflows, agent skills, starter kits, templates and bundles. It is part of our Terms of Sale and Use and works together with the Product License and Refund Policy. Nothing here limits refund or consumer rights you have by law.
1. No Guaranteed Results
Our products are tools and starting points. We do not promise any particular outcome, such as revenue, leads, rankings, time saved, accuracy or approval by a platform. Results depend on your data, settings, the AI models you use and how you apply the product.
2. Scripts and Workflows Run at Your Own Risk
- Many products include scripts (for example Python or Node.js) and workflow files (for example n8n). They run on your computer or accounts, with your permissions. Read them before you run them, start with test data, and keep backups.
- Each product's README lists what we tested and what we did not. For example, we have not run our scripts inside every vendor's chat sandbox, and we have not run our workflows against your real Google, Gmail, Slack, CRM or phone accounts.
- You are responsible for costs and consequences of what a script or workflow does, including emails sent, records changed or API charges at third-party services.
- Outbound email, calling and data-collection products must be used lawfully. You are responsible for consent, opt-outs, call recording rules and anti-spam laws (such as CAN-SPAM, TCPA, GDPR and local rules). Our products and templates do not replace advice from a qualified professional.
3. AI Output May Be Inaccurate
AI models can produce wrong, biased, unsafe or invented content. Review outputs before relying on them, especially for anything involving money, legal, medical, security or personal data. Our test suites and checkers catch some problems but cannot catch all of them.
4. Third-Party Platforms Change
AI tools, APIs, skill formats and automation platforms change often and without notice. A product that works today may need changes later. We list the platforms a product was built for on its page, but we do not promise compatibility with future versions, and we do not promise updates or support unless the product page says so.
5. "Third-Party" Skills in the Directory
The Agent Skills directory is a free index of skills made by other people. Each listing is labeled "Third-Party". We have not audited its code or instructions, and you install it at your own risk. Listings are also labeled and "Includes Scripts" or "Instructions Only" to show whether it contains runnable code. Platforms are as declared by the source repository. Skills can contain code or instructions that misbehave, so read a skill and its scripts before installing it. Products sold by Swarmnest are made by us and are not the same as those third-party listings.
6. No Professional Advice
Products, examples and templates are general information, not legal, tax, financial, medical or compliance advice. Prompts and templates for areas such as support, receptionists or outreach should be reviewed for your business and jurisdiction.
7. Limits
To the fullest extent the law allows, products are provided "as is" as set out in sections 13 to 15 of the Terms of Sale and Use. If a product is defective, undelivered or not as described, see the Refund Policy.
