Common Questions

Where Is My Download Link?

After payment you are sent back to a confirmation page with your link, and we also email it to the address you used at checkout. The link works for 72 hours and up to 10 zip downloads. If it expires, open the confirmation page again from your receipt or email (its address ends with ?thanks=1&session_id=...) to get a fresh link. If it still fails, email support.

How Do I Get a Refund?

Contact us within 14 days of purchase if a product is defective, undelivered or not as described. We will fix it, replace it or refund you. Details are in the Refund Policy.

What Can I Do With a Product?

One purchase covers one person, for personal and commercial use. You may not resell or share the files. See the Product License and the Digital Products Disclaimer.

A Script or Workflow Does Not Work

Check the README and the TEST-EVIDENCE file in the download for what was tested and for setup steps. If it still fails, send us the product name, what you ran and the error message.

My Card Statement Shows an Unknown Charge

Swarmnest purchases appear on your statement as SWARMNEST. If you do not recognize a charge, email us before contacting your bank.

How Do I Cancel a Sponsorship?

Monthly sponsorships can be cancelled anytime in the Stripe Billing Portal: enter the email you used at checkout and Stripe sends you a sign-in link. Cancelling stops renewal; your placement runs until the end of the paid period. You can also email us and we will cancel it for you. One-time 30-day orders do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel. See Advertise and the Sponsorship Terms.
