Our products are digital downloads. If a product does not work as described, email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase with your order details and we will fix the problem or refund you.

What we may decline

Refunds may be declined for change of mind after you have downloaded and used the product, or for abuse.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method through our payment provider. Timing depends on your bank.
