Sponsorship Terms

These terms apply when you buy a Featured Listing, Category Sponsor or Sitewide Sponsor placement on swarmnest.ai ("Sponsorship"). They add to our Terms of Sale and Use, our Acceptable Use Policy and our Sponsored & Affiliate Disclosure. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Sale and Use on a Sponsorship, these terms win.

1. Every Order Is Reviewed First

• Nothing goes live automatically. We review every order, the promoted product and your text before it appears, usually within 2 business days.
• After checkout you send your ad through the Ad Details form linked from your order email. You can edit it until we approve it. Once approved it is locked; to change it, email [email protected].
• We may edit or reject any creative, including your logo, text and link, for example to fix length, clarity or accuracy. We will tell you before a changed ad goes live.
• We accept products relevant to AI agents and developers. We may decline any order, for example crypto or financial schemes, adult content, malware, misleading claims, or anything that breaks our Acceptable Use Policy.
• If we decline your order, we refund it in full.

2. Sponsorship Never Affects Our Listings

• Payment never affects whether a tool is listed, where it ranks, its description, its labels, its OS or format tags, or any review status. Organic lists and sorting stay the same.
• Sponsors do not review or approve what we write about them or their competitors.

3. Labels and Links

• Every placement is labeled "Sponsored" and shown apart from the regular results.
• Sponsored links use rel="sponsored".
• We do not sell Verified badges, SEO links or "dofollow" links, paid inclusion in the directory, or guaranteed clicks or traffic.
• Placements are static: one card per page, never sticky, animated or pop-up. We may adjust layout, wording length or position on the page for design or accessibility.

4. Billing, Renewal and Cancellation

• Monthly plans renew automatically each month at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. One-time orders cover 30 days and do not renew.
• A placement's period starts when it goes live, not when you pay.
• Cancel anytime in the Stripe Billing Portal (enter your checkout email to get a sign-in link), or by emailing [email protected]. The subscription stops at the end of the current paid period and the placement runs until then. There are no partial-month refunds when you cancel.
• Charges appear on your statement as SWARMNEST.

5. Refunds

• Full refund if we decline your order, or if you cancel before your placement goes live.
• Pro-rata refund if we remove a placement for a reason that is not your fault.
• No refund once a placement is running, except as above, and no refund if we remove it because it breaks these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

6. Your Content

• Content rules: a brand name and headline of up to 40 characters each and one sentence of up to 160 characters, in plain text with no HTML. One https link to a page about your product, with no redirects to unrelated sites and no automatic downloads. A logo in PNG, JPEG or WebP (no SVG), roughly square, at least 64 × 64 pixels and up to 300 KB. No claims you cannot back up, no fake reviews or endorsements, no "Verified" or award badges, and nothing that imitates Swarmnest's own labels.
• Homepage banner (Sitewide Sponsor only, optional): about 3:1, at least 900 × 300 pixels (1200 × 400 recommended), PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 400 KB. Still images only: no animation, GIF or SVG. Any text in the banner must be large enough to read on a phone, and the banner must not make misleading claims or look like a Swarmnest button, badge or system message. We may reject or crop a banner to fit the card; if we reject it, the card uses your logo and text instead. The banner is still labeled "Sponsored" and links with rel="sponsored".
• You confirm that you may use the names, text, logos and links you send us, that your claims are true, and that your product follows the law, including the FTC's rules on advertising.
• You let us display that content on swarmnest.ai for the placement period. You are responsible for your product and any offer you make.

7. Where We Sell

As with all Swarmnest purchases, we currently sell Sponsorships only to customers in the United States with a US billing address. We may cancel and refund orders from outside the United States.

8. Changes

We may change these terms or our prices for future periods. If a change affects a running monthly plan, we will email you at least 14 days before the next renewal, and you can cancel before it applies.
