Swarmnest is free to use. We plan to earn money from marketplace sales, sponsored placements and affiliate links. This page explains how we label anything that pays us, so you can decide how much weight to give it. We follow the US Federal Trade Commission's Endorsement Guides, which require material connections to be disclosed clearly and conspicuously.
Where things stand today
As of the date above, there are no sponsored listings in the directory and no affiliate links on swarmnest.ai. When that changes, the labels below will apply.
How we will label paid content
- Sponsored listings and placements: marked "Sponsored" right next to the listing, on the page and in our API data (for example, a field identifying the entry as sponsored).
- Affiliate links: where a link earns us a commission if you buy, we will say so next to the link, for example "Affiliate link: we may earn a commission if you buy, at no extra cost to you."
- Newsletter sponsorships: marked "Sponsored" at the start of the sponsored section.
- Our own products: marked "Made by Swarmnest" wherever they appear next to third-party tools or products.
- Free products or access: if a vendor gives us free access or gifts that relate to something we write about, we will say so.
Labels will be visible without clicking or hovering, and placed where you will see them before you click.
Editorial independence
- Payment never buys a position in the regular directory order, inclusion in the directory, or a better description. Sponsored placements are shown separately and labelled.
- Sponsors and affiliate partners do not review or approve what we write about them or their competitors.
- We do not accept payment for reviews, ratings or testimonials, and we do not publish fake ones.
- Sponsors do not receive personal information about our visitors or subscribers. See the Privacy Policy.
For sponsors
To sponsor or advertise, email [email protected]. Sponsors are responsible for the accuracy of their own claims and offers, which must be truthful and not misleading. We may decline any sponsorship.
