This disclaimer covers the Swarmnest directory of AI tools, APIs and data sources, the Agent Skills directory, our public API and machine-readable files. It is part of our Terms of Sale and Use.

1. Third-Party Tools, Not Endorsed

Tools, APIs, skills and companies in the directory are made by other people. A listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, certification, security review or partnership. Names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the tools. Unless a listing is clearly labelled "Sponsored", we are not paid to list it (see Sponsored & Affiliate Disclosure).

2. Accuracy and Currency

• Descriptions are short summaries written in our own words. Features, pricing, authentication, rate limits and terms change often, so a listing may be out of date or wrong.
• Status, "Free" and "No Auth" labels, and link checks are partly automated and may be wrong.
• Always check the vendor's own site, documentation, pricing and terms before you rely on a tool or send it data.

3. No Warranty

The directory and its data are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We are not responsible for third-party sites, tools or APIs, for their content, availability, security, data handling or charges, or for anything that happens when you use them.

4. Skills and Code From Others

Listings of skills, rules and templates link to code or instructions written by others. They are labeled "Third-Party": we have not audited them. Read them before you install or run them. See the Digital Products Disclaimer.

5. Corrections, Removal and Takedown

If you own or represent a listed tool and want a correction or removal, or you have a copyright concern, email [email protected] or follow Takedown & Corrections. We aim to reply within a few business days and will correct clear factual errors promptly. Copyright notices follow the process on that page and our DMCA page.
