Swarmnest does not sell your personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We have not done so in the past 12 months. We do not run advertising trackers or sell email lists, and sponsors do not receive information about our visitors or subscribers.
Because we do not sell or share, there is nothing you need to opt out of. You can still send us an opt-out request, and we will record it so it applies if our practices ever change:
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Do not sell or share". No account or proof of identity is needed for an opt-out request.
- Or turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a valid opt-out request.
An authorized agent may also make a request for you. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
Sensitive personal information
We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for any purpose that would give you a right to limit its use under California law.
If this changes
If we ever decide to sell or share personal information, we will update this page and our Privacy Policy first, and we will honor opt-outs already received. For your other California rights (to know, delete and correct), see section 6 of the Privacy Policy.
