Kilobat CLI
macOS command-line tool and local stdio MCP server with 43 tools for network diagnostics: which apps use the network, Wi-Fi signal and channels, latency, DNS, speed tests, why a host won't connect and metered hotspot budgets, plus keeping the Mac awake while long agent jobs run. Read-only tools run freely; tools that change settings ask first. Free and open source under GPL-3.0; needs macOS 14 or later.
